Alexandra Zebrina

Viola Group Concertmaster

Was born in Minsk, Belarus. Graduated from the College of Music of the Belarusian State Academy of Music specializing in viola (Prof. L.L. Lastauka) in 2001 and from the Belarusian State Academy of Music (Prof. I. Hancharonak) in 2006.

Worked at the National Academic Grand Opera and Ballet Theatre of Belarus as a viola group member between 2004 and 2013. Acted as the Group Concertmaster since 2013.

Worked in the Belarusian National Concert Orchestra directed by M.Y. Finberg as a string quartet member between 2006 and 2011.

Worked at the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society as an instrumental soloist of the Minsk String Quartet.

Currently teaches at the M. Glinka Minsk College of Music. Is a guest musician of the Tyroler Festspiele Orchestra (Austria).

Winner of the M. Ahinski International Contest as a string quartet member and winner of the Korsak First Republican Competition of Chamber Ensembles.

Has been engaged in intensive concert activities both in the orchestra and chamber ensembles in Belarus and abroad.
